Flying to Courchevel

Chambery is the closest airport, around 1.5hrs away by road from Courchevel. There are a handful of airlines that fly there from the UK. For example, Snowjet flies there from Birmingham, Bristol, Gatwick, Manchster and Stanted, whilst Flybe flies there from Exeter and Southampton. Jet2.com flies there from Belfast International, Edinburgh, Leeds Bradford and Newcastle airports.

Similarly, several airlines fly from the UK to Geneva airport (3hrs transfer by road), and to Grenoble and Lyon airports (both around 2.5hrs transfer).

Flying to Nendaz

Flying direct to Sion
You can fly direct to Sion airport from London Stansted with Snowjet, giving you arguably the shortest transfer time in the Alps (25mins). Sion airport is smaller than Geneva and there is limited flight availability, but it's so close to Nendaz that it's well worth investigating. The flights are only available during the winter season. Geneva is the closest major airport to Nendaz, just under 2 hours away. There are a number of airlines that fly there from the UK, including British Airways, Swiss Air, EasyJet and others. Lufthansa flies to Geneva from London City Airport.
