What you can expect:
o - breakfast, afternoon tea, evening canapés and a fantastic three-course dinner followed by coffee - prepared for you by a professional chef.
o - pre-purchasing of passes and pre-booking of instruction, so you needn't waste the first morning of your holiday sorting things out for yourself.
o - to and from the lift station and elsewhere - in the morning and, by arrangement, the afternoon (subject to availability).
o - if you are unfamiliar with the region, our own ski guide can accompany you and your party and show you the best snow, the best moguls, the best restaurants.
o - we provide you with a free ski locker beside the lift station, so you needn't wear your ski boots or carry your skis once you have finished for the day.
o - sheets and towels can be changed mid-week if required, and personal laundry can be undertaken for guests by arrangement (each chalet has its own washing facilities).

Charged services include:
o - in the comfort of your chalet room, we can arrange for a masseur to visit and provide you with a Swedish massage, aromatherapy massage, sports massage / injury rehabilitation, manicures, pedicures and facials.
o - private lessons with our five-star partners, to focus on a particular aspect of your skiing or boarding. We can make all the arrangements.
o - subject to weather conditions, a huge swathe of the Alps is available to you.
o - tandem flights with expert pilots, to see the Four Valleys like you've never seen them before.
o - on certain days only, and subject to availability.
We'd like to think our guests are always comfortable and have what they need to make their holiday enjoyable, so it's up to you to tell your chalet hosts if there's something you'd like them to provide for you.
