Description
Chalet Maretse is a newly-built traditionally-styled luxury chalet. Located about a 1-minute walk from the shops and bars of Nendaz and 3 or 4 minutes from the lift station, the chalet provides spacious, luxurious surroundings for groups of up to 10 people in a uniquely convenient setting. It is traditionally built of timber, with reinforced concrete to the lower floor and underfloor heating throughout.

Layout
On the ground floor, the front door leads into a generous sized hallway where jackets, gloves and shoes can be left. Off this, a short corridor runs towards the garage, past the fifth bedroom and separate shower room/WC. A staircase leads from the hallway to the first floor.
Up the spiral stone stairs to the first floor, and you arrive at the open plan living and dining area, complete with heat-efficient log fire, comfortable lounge furniture and large dining table. A large twin bedroom is located on this floor, complete with ensuite shower room. Out through the French windows is a large terrace that carries a luxurious hot tub that provides spectacular views across the Rhone valley. There is also an outside door off the living room, to provide easy access to the car parking area, just a few yards away beside the chalet.
Upstairs once more to the second floor, and the other three good sized bedrooms present themselves to you, one of which holds a king size bed and ensuite bath/shower room. The remaining two bedrooms are twins and have ensuite shower rooms.
